Follower of Jesus, husband to Olivia, and dog dad to Elvis. Jack founded Swamp Dog, a “Faith Based, Outdoor Driven.” clothing brand, in 2014. With a love for sharing the gospel and hunting, he combined both passions into one business. Jack partnered with Ryan Chatt in the spring of ‘22 to form The Greeting Call recording podcasts, starting bible studies, and developing ways for men to grow closer to Jesus. Outside of hunting and ministry, Jack enjoys exercising, long walks, and quality time with Olivia.

Christ follower, husband to Brittany, father to Winnie and Ballard Kate. Ryan grew up as a pastor’s son with a love for hunting and the outdoors. After meeting Jack in college, their interests aligned and sparked what is now The Greeting Call. Most of Ryan’s time consists of being on the job site where he is part owner in a construction company. When he’s not hunting or working, he can be found spending time with his family and leading men’s bible study.

Devoted follower of Jesus, husband to Meghan, father to Blake. Luke grew up in a christian household with a love for fishing and the great outdoors in Wilmington, NC. Luke and Jack met in Cru at East Carolina with a common interest in Jesus and hunting. In the fall of 2023, Luke wanted to start a weekly podcast digging into scriputre and helping men apply it to their lives. This sparked the First Light series of our podcast. Luke enjoys discipling men and time with his family.

Follower of Jesus and fiance to Gabby! Nate grew up in North Carolina and found a love for the outdoors at an early age where his photography skills took him all over the world. Nate and Jack connected through working on content for the Swamp Dog brand. Nate now helps The Greeting Call with content and social media management, using his gifts to help TGC reach one more. Outside of photography, Nate enjoys spending time with Gabby and going on any type of adventure!

Avery Fisk is a living example of why The Greeting Call exists. Avery found out about our ministry through social media as he was coming out of a difficult season in his life. Lacking community with believers at the time, he plugged into our study in Youngsville, NC where he quickly became encouraged to grow as a disciple of Jesus. Avery shares his passion for Jesus and bow hunting through The Greeeting Call Outdoors YouTube page.

Braxton Smith is a North Carolina native and started working for the Swamp Dog brand in 2025. Since then, Braxton has taken lead on social media marketing and warehouse operations. Over time, Braxton has started his own TGC bible study with several men in his community. Braxton is passionate about the outdoors and has recently started his own landscaping business that he is actively growing.

Carson reached out to the team in September of 2025 with interest in starting a bible study based in Florida. Carson met with Jack to discuss logistics of the study and how to begin one. Since then, Carson has been facilitating studies each week with several men in their 20’s. Carson has a love for the outdoors and seeing guys grow in their walk with Jesus. When he’s not hunting or fishing, he’s at least thinking about it.
